Grilled Mutton Kebab

  • Marination Time: 4-12 hours
  • Cooking Time:15 -25 minutes


Kebabs consist of cut up or ground meat, sometimes with vegetables, and various other accompaniments according to the specific recipe. Today I will share my version of boneless mutton kebab recipe with very few ingredients which are available easily in every bodies  kitchen.


  • Boneless mutton -1/2 Kg
  • Ginger garlic paste-2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder -1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice-2 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil-4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for grilling or roasting the kebabs



  1. Take washed and dried boneless mutton pieces in a mixing bowl.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, finely chopped green chilies, corn starch, lemon juice, cooking oil and salt to taste.
  3. Mix the ingredients with boneless mutton very nicely.
  4. Refrigerate the marinated mutton for 4-12 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill or grilling pan grease the oil and place the mutton pieces on grill or grilling pan cook on medium heat until they are golden brown then flip the side and cook until they are done.
  6. Serve hot with some roasted/grilled vegetables as stater or as side dish.
  7. Enjoy.
