Introduction:
Kebab is a dish of pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewers.
Ingredients:

Paneer (grated) 1 kg

Green chili (finely chopped) 4 to 5

Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
-
Ginger (crushed)1 tablespoon

Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 cup

Black pepper powder 2 teaspoon

Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
-
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

Corn flour 2 tablespoon
-
Butter for basting

Salt to taste.
Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients , adding corn flour at the end, and knead well.

With the wet hands wrap the paneer mixture around the skewers to form 4 to 5″ long kebabs.

Roast in an preheated oven ( 350 degree Fahrenheit) or in tandoor or charcoal grill or shallow fry on pan for 5 to 6 minutes, basting occasionally with melted butter.

Serve hot with salad and mint chutney.
