Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds (Sabut dhania) 3 tbsp
- Cloves(long)- 10
- Green cardamom(Hari elaichi) 7-8
- Cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
- Shahi Jeera 11/2tspn
- Black cardamom (Badi elaichi) 1
- Black peppercorn(Sabut kali mirch) 10-12
- Cinnamon stick(daalchini) 3-4
- Star anise(chakraphool) 1
- Nutmeg and mace(javitri jaefal) small piece
- Sun dried tomato pieces 2 tbsp
Procedure:
- Put all the ingredients in grinder and grind till fine powder.
- Shahi paneer masala is ready , this quantity is in off to make 1/2 Kg of shahi paneer.
