Introduction:
Kebab is a dish of pieces of meat, fish,egg or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewers.
Ingredients:

Potatoes (boiled and smashed) 1 1/2 cup

Eggs (hard boiled and grated) 10

Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala powder 1 teaspoon

Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
-
Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon

Ginger (crushed ) 2 teaspoon

Green chili (grated) 1 teaspoon

Fresh coriander leaves 1 cup

Raw egg 1

Butter for basting 2 tablespoon

Salt to taste .
Procedure:

Mixed together the grated boiled eggs,potatoes,gram masala powder,chaat masala,bread crumbs,salt ,red chili powder, ginger, green chili,green coriander and finally raw egg.

Divide this mixture in to 5 equal portions.

Wrap each portion along the length of skewers with a wet hands and set aside.

Roast the kebabs in an oven (350 degree Fahrenheit) or on tandoor,charcoal grill, or shallow fry on pan for about 5 to 6 minutes (if your kebab are spreading then add 2 teaspoon of corn flour to the kebab mixture), basting occasionally with melted butter.

Remove from skewers and serve hot with mint chutney as stater or as side dish with main meal.
