Ingredients:
- Washed dried cut bhendi 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onion 2 cups
- Finely chopped tomatoes 2 cups
- Green chili , and cilantro paste 2 teaspoon
- Jeera powder 2 teaspoons
- Amchur powder 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil as required
Process-
- Roast the bhendi by adding little oil till light brown and set aside.
- In same pan add oil , once the oil is hot add onion and saute till onion becomes soft.
- Then add green chili paste, jeera powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste give it a good mix.
- Saute for few minutes then add tomatoes and mix it well and cook on medium flame till tomatoes are soft.
- Finally add roasted bhendi mix it well and cook on low flame till its done.
- Serve hot with chapati, roti or rice.
