Ingredients-
- Whole milk 1 litter
- Falooda mix
- Sliced pistachios 1/2 cup for garnishing
- Pistachio ice cream for topping
- Strawberry ice cream for topping
Instructions for falooda –
- In a large wide pan add milk and 1 glass of water.
- Bring the milk to boil then add falooda mix .
- Mix it well and allow it cook for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool down .
- when milk is cool down refrigerate it overnight or at least 4 hours.
Serving Idea-
- Add falooda in a serving glass top with pistachio and strawberry ice cream.
- Finally garnish with sliced pistachios.
- Serve chilled .
