Home made pistachio falooda

Pista Falooda is a flavourful, yummy dessert made by assorting cooked vermicelli, sabja seeds, nuts, pista flavoured milk & topped up with ice cream. Pistachio Falooda is a must try at home to make weekend lunch or occasions special. Pista Falooda is a treat to pista lovers & the taste lingers in mouth throughout the day.

Ingredients-

  • Whole milk 1 litter
  • Falooda mix
  • Sliced pistachios 1/2 cup for garnishing
  • Pistachio ice cream for topping
  • Strawberry ice cream for topping

Instructions for falooda –

  1. In a large wide pan add milk and 1 glass of water.
  2. Bring the milk to boil then add falooda mix .
  3. Mix it well and allow it cook for  20 minutes.
  4. Turn off the gas and let it cool down .
  5. when milk is cool down refrigerate it overnight or at least 4 hours.

Serving Idea-

  1. Add falooda in a serving glass top with pistachio and strawberry ice cream.
  2. Finally garnish with sliced pistachios.
  3. Serve chilled .
