Dhaba Style Chicken Curry | ढ़ाबे जैसी चिकन करी असान रेसिपी | Tasty & Spicy Chicken Curry|

Ingredients For Chicken Garam Masala powder

  • 5-6 no Black cardamom, बड़ी इलायची
  • 12-15 Green cardamom , हरी इलायची
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seeds, धनिया की बीज
  • 1 no Mace, जावित्री
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper corn, काली मिर्च के दाने
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
  • 2-3 Cloves, लॉन्ग
  • ¼ tsp Salt, नमक स्वादानुसार

For Marinating Chicken

  • 750 gm Chicken (with bone) cut in big pieces , चिकन
  • 2 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspn of chili powder
  • 1 tspn of salt
  • 1/2 tspn of turmeric powder
  • 2tspn of prepared garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil, तेल
  • ½ tsp Salt, नमक स्वादानुसार

For Tempering

  • 1 tbsp Oil, तेल
  • 4-5 no medium Onion,
  • chopped , प्याज
  • 3 no finely chopped tomatoes, ताज़े टमाटर
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 tbsp. red chili powder,  लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 2 tsp. Garam Masala
  • Marinated chicken , मैरिनेटेड चिकन
  • Water as required, पानी

Process-

  • For garam Masala-
  1. Transfer Black cardamom, green cardamom, coriander seeds, mace, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, cloves and salt  into a grinder jar and grind into a fine powder.
  2. set aside.
  • For Marinating Chicken
  1.  In a  large mixing bowl, add chicken ginger garlic paste , red chili powder turmeric powder, prepared garam masala powder ,salt to taste. mix it well.
  2. Keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Instructions for gravy-

  1. In a large sausage pan add oil.
  2. Now add marinated chicken and stir fry till the chicken is done and take out the chicken pieces and set aside.
  3. In the same pan add little bit more oil and let it heat.
  4. Add finely chopped onion fry till light golden brown.
  5. Next add ginger garlic paste , chili powder, turmeric powder, prepared garam masala, salt to taste sauté for few minutes.
  6. Add finely chopped tomatoes mix well cook till tomatoes are done.
  7. Add little bit of water if required.
  8. Finally add roasted chicken pieces and give it a mix.
  9. cook covered till excess of water get evaporated.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with roti , naan, jeera rice /pulao.
