Brownie Muffins

Introduction:

A muffin is an individual-sized, baked quick bread product. Muffins is  similar to cupcakes in size and cooking methods. Muffins are available in both savory varieties, such as cornmeal and cheese muffins, or sweet varieties such as blueberry, chocolate chip, Brownie or banana flavors,. Muffins are often eaten as a breakfast  food. coffee may be served to accompany muffins.

Ingredients:

  •  Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Milk cream 120 ml
  • All purpose flour  1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder 25 grams
  • Chocolate chip few
  • Paper cups
  • Muffin mold

Procedure:

  1.  Add 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg and mix with the help of blender.
  2.  Now add butter an again mix with blender.
  3.  Finally add vanilla essence, cream milk, half a cup of refined flour, baking powder, and 25 gram of cocoa powder, chocolate chips and mix well.
  4.  Now transfer the batter first in to paper cups then transfer those cups into molds.
  5.  Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  6. Now bake the muffins  in an oven  for  about 25 to 30 minutes .
  7. Serve hot muffins by dusting ice sugar over it.
