Yogurt bowls are full of protein , calcium, and probiotic .I will show you the easiest way of making flavor full mouthwatering breakfast bowl, which keeps you full all morning long.
Ingredients:
- Greek non fat yogurt/ ( any non fat yogurt) 1 cup
- Fresh strawberry slices 1 cup
- Fresh blue berries 1 cup
- Granola clusters / sliced almonds
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
- Add non fat yogurt in bowl.
- On the top put sliced strawberries, blueberries,and honey.
- Finally garnished with granola clusters or sliced almonds for crunch and serve.
- Enjoy your breakfast bowl .
