How to make Dhaba style Egg Masala/Best egg Masala recipe/restaurant style egg masala

Make dhaba style egg masala under 20 minutes.This is comforting dish of boiled eggs in a spicy onion and tomato gravy with basic spices that makes super delicious and flavorful Dhaba style egg masala. Not too spicy but you will experience the burst of amazing flavors!!! This dish can be served with chapati, naan, jeera rice plain white rice .

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 12
  • Sliced onion 3 cups
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2 cups
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala powder 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Whole green chili 4-5
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 for garnishing

Process-

  1. Add oil to heated pan , then add sliced onion and fry till onion becomes light brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic, garam Masala powder, red chili powder , turmeric powder, salt to taste.
  3. Mix it well and saute for few minutes.
  4. Sprinkle some water and keep cooking for few minutes.
  5. Then add finely chopped tomatoes mix it well.
  6. Cook covered till tomatoes are soft and mushy, add little bit of water if needed.
  7. Cut half of the egg in to two parts and half eggs as it is.
  8. Add boiled eggs mix it well.
  9. Cook for few minutes .
  10. Finish by garnishing with cilantro leaves.
  11. Serve hot with chapati, naan, jeera rice, or white rice.
  12. Enjoy!!!
