Introduction:
Pan fried Potatoes is a simple, fuss-free, no onion-no garlic dish that comes together in less than 15 mins. In this recipe potatoes tossed and pan fried in an exotic Indian whole spices and spice powder.

Ingredients:
- Peeled washed and cut Potatoes-3 /baby potatoes – 10-12
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
- Green chili 2-4
- Red kashmiri chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry Mango powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil as needed
- Finely chopped cilantro leaves 1/4 cup
Instructions:
- Heat oil in large wide pan, and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and sesame seeds,and allow them to crackle.
- As soon as cumin, fennel and sesame seeds start crackling and popping add potatoes.
- Mix well and keep frying on medium flame till golden brown.
- Now add Kashmiri chili powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,chili flakes and slat to taste.
- Mix it well keep frying till they are done.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves , pan fried potatoes are ready.
- Serve hot as side dish with naan ,chapati and rice.
