Mango Pickle

  • Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients :

  • Raw Mango-4 to 5
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Hot chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 4 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds 3 tablespoom
  • Mustard seeds 3 tablespoon
  • Methi seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Saunf 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 5 serving spoon

Instructions :

  1. Wash ,dry and cut raw mangoes in to desirable pieces.
  2. Add Kashmiri chili powder .
  3. Add hot chili powder.
  4. Add Turmeric powder.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Mix well and keep it in sun for 1 hour.
  7. Keep it in the sun until all water get evaporated.
  8. Meantime make masala for pickle.
  9. Grind all the ingredients accept salt in to grinder and set aside.
  10. Now add masala to sun dried raw mango pieces.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Add salt and mix well.
  13. Heat pan and add oil.
  14. Add mustard seeds allow them to crackle.
  15. Add cumin seeds.
  16. Pour this oil on raw mango and masala mixture.
  17. Mix well.
  18. Transfer the pickle in to air tight containers and enjoy with your meal.
