Vegetable stock

  • Preparation Time: 35 minutes minutes
  • Cooking Time:30 minutes
  • Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • Carrots (washed and cut into small pieces) 4
  • Spring onion 8 whole (hara pyaza)
  • Celery 1 cup
  • Water 4 cups
  • black peppercorns 8
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure:

  1. In an large bowl add all the ingredients and bring it to boil .
  2. Cook covered on low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the stock through muslin cloth and use as required.
