Veg Pulao Recipe | Easy One Pot Pulao Recipe | वेज पुलाओ बनाने का तरीका
Ingredients:
- basmati rice 1 kg
- potato peeled and cut 1 1/2 cup
- cauliflower 1 cup
- mixed veggies (beans, green peas , carrot, and corn) 2 cups
- red chili powder 2tps
- garam masala powder 2tps
- dhaniya powder 1tps
- turmeric powder 1tps
- lemon juice 1/2 cup
- yogurt 2tbs
- oil for cooking salt to taste
- Ingredients for green paste- garlic 1/2 cup ginger 1/2 cup cilantro two hand full mixed veggies
Process-
- Soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes drain it and set aside.
- Heat the pressure cooker add oil and ghee .
- Then add sliced onion saute till onion becomes soft .
- Then add ginger garlic and cilantro paste saute for few minutes.
- Add garam masala, green chili ,salt to taste saute for few seconds.
- Mix it well add mixed veggies , saute for a few minutes.
- Add the required amount of water and bring it to boil.
- Once the mix start boiling add rice give it a mix.
- Close the lid of pressure cooker.
- Cook on high heat till first whistle.
- Then on low flame take one whistle.
- Turn off the gas after 2nd whistle.
- Let it cool down.
- Once the pressure cooker is completely cool down open it give it a mix.
- Serve hot with raita.
