Veg Pulao Recipe | Easy One Pot Pulao Recipe | वेज पुलाओ बनाने का तरीका

Ingredients:

  • basmati rice 1 kg
  • potato peeled and cut 1 1/2 cup
  • cauliflower 1 cup
  • mixed veggies (beans, green peas , carrot, and corn) 2 cups
  • red chili powder 2tps
  • garam masala powder 2tps
  • dhaniya powder 1tps
  • turmeric powder 1tps
  • lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • yogurt 2tbs
  • oil for cooking salt to taste
  • Ingredients for green paste- garlic 1/2 cup ginger 1/2 cup cilantro two hand full mixed veggies

Process-

  1. Soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes drain it and set aside.
  2. Heat the pressure cooker add oil and ghee .
  3. Then add sliced onion saute till onion becomes soft .
  4. Then add ginger garlic and cilantro paste saute for few minutes.
  5. Add garam masala, green chili ,salt to taste saute for few seconds.
  6. Mix it well add mixed veggies , saute for a few minutes.
  7. Add the required amount of water and bring it to boil.
  8. Once the mix start boiling add rice give it a mix.
  9. Close the lid of pressure cooker.
  10. Cook on high heat till first whistle.
  11. Then on low flame take one whistle.
  12. Turn off the gas after 2nd whistle.
  13. Let it cool down.
  14. Once the pressure cooker is completely cool down open it give it a mix.
  15. Serve hot with raita.
