- Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients :
- Raw Mango-4 to 5
- Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Hot chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 4 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds 3 tablespoom
- Mustard seeds 3 tablespoon
- Methi seeds 1 teaspoon
- Saunf 1 teaspoon
- Oil 5 serving spoon
Instructions :
- Wash ,dry and cut raw mangoes in to desirable pieces.
- Add Kashmiri chili powder .
- Add hot chili powder.
- Add Turmeric powder.
- Add salt.
- Mix well and keep it in sun for 1 hour.
- Keep it in the sun until all water get evaporated.
- Meantime make masala for pickle.
- Grind all the ingredients accept salt in to grinder and set aside.
- Now add masala to sun dried raw mango pieces.
- Mix well.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat pan and add oil.
- Add mustard seeds allow them to crackle.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Pour this oil on raw mango and masala mixture.
- Mix well.
- Transfer the pickle in to air tight containers and enjoy with your meal.
