Ingredients For Marinating Minced Chicken
- Minced Chicken/chicken kheema 1/2 Kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
- Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped red bell peppers 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped yellow bell peppers 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped green chili 5-6
Instruction For marinating Chicken kheema/minced chicken:
- In large wide pan add minced chicken .
- Then add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
How to make Chicken Patties:
- To shape the ground chicken mixture into patties, wet both hands with water.
- Then scoop up the chicken mixture in your hands.
- Shape in to a ball & flatten with your hands and set aside.
- Make all the chicken patties same way and set aside.
Ingredients For Seasoning Bell peppers:
- Sliced red bell pepper 1 cup
- Sliced yellow bell pepper 1 cup
- Sliced Orange bell pepper 1 cup
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil as needed
- Salt to taste
Seasoning of Bell Peppers:
- Take a large mixing bowl .
- Add thinly sliced red, yellow & orange bell peppers.
- Add black pepper powder, salt to taste and olive oil
- Mix it well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Ingredients For Mayonnaise Dip:
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Hot chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon as per your spice level
- Grated carrot 1/2 cup
- Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
How to make mayonnaise dip:
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise & hot chili sauce and mix it well.
- Now add grated carrot & cabbage give it a mix.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Grilling:
- Heat the grilling pan on high flame.
- Grease it with oil.
- Add seasoned bell peppers and roast on high flame until they are done.
- transfer it to bowl and set aside.
- Grease the same pan with oil.
- Add chicken patties and grill on high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the center is not cooked through, keep turning back and forth and continue to cook until done.
- Transfer them to a plate.
- In the same pan add butter and roast the burger buns for few minutes and set aside.
Ingredients For Assembling the Burger:
- Burger buns as needed
- Grilled chicken patty
- Mayonnaise dip
- Roasted bell peppers
- Sliced fresh tomatoes
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- little bit melted cheese slice ( heat the cheese slice in micro wave for 5-10 seconds)
Assembling the Burger:
- In a serving plate add roasted burger bun.
- Spread the mayonnaise dip.
- Put lettuce leaves on the top.
- Add roasted bell peppers.
- Then put grilled chicken patty.
- Spread mayonnaise on chicken patty.
- Add melted cheese slice.
- Add tomato slices on the top of cheese.
- Roasted bell peppers.
- Finally the Burger bun on the top.
- Burger is ready.
- Serve immediately.
