Grilled Chicken Burger

  • Cooking Time:10.15minutes

Ingredients  For Marinating Minced Chicken

  • Minced Chicken/chicken kheema 1/2 Kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped red bell peppers 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped yellow bell peppers 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped green chili 5-6

Instruction For marinating  Chicken kheema/minced chicken:

  1. In large wide pan add minced chicken .
  2. Then add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

How to make  Chicken Patties:

  1. To shape the ground chicken mixture into patties, wet both hands with water.
  2. Then scoop up the chicken mixture in your hands.
  3. Shape in to a ball & flatten with your hands and set aside.
  4. Make all the chicken patties same way and set aside.

Ingredients  For Seasoning Bell peppers:

  • Sliced red bell pepper 1 cup
  • Sliced yellow bell pepper 1 cup
  • Sliced Orange bell pepper 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Salt to taste

Seasoning of Bell Peppers:

  1. Take a large mixing bowl .
  2. Add thinly sliced red, yellow & orange bell peppers.
  3. Add black pepper powder, salt to taste and olive oil
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

Ingredients  For Mayonnaise Dip:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Hot chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon as per your spice level
  • Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • Grated cabbage 1/2 cup

How to make mayonnaise dip:

  1. Take a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise & hot chili sauce and mix it well.
  3. Now add grated carrot & cabbage give it a mix.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

Grilling:

  1. Heat the grilling pan on high flame.
  2. Grease it with oil.
  3. Add seasoned bell peppers and roast on high flame until they are done.
  4. transfer it to bowl and set aside.
  5. Grease the same pan with oil.
  6. Add chicken patties and grill on high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the center is not cooked through, keep turning back and forth and continue to cook until done.
  7. Transfer them to a plate.
  8. In the same pan add butter and roast the burger buns for few minutes and set aside.

Ingredients For Assembling the Burger:

  • Burger buns as needed
  • Grilled chicken patty
  • Mayonnaise dip
  • Roasted bell peppers
  • Sliced fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • little bit melted cheese slice ( heat the cheese slice in micro wave for 5-10 seconds)

Assembling the Burger:

  1. In a serving plate add roasted burger bun.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise dip.
  3. Put lettuce leaves on the top.
  4. Add roasted bell peppers.
  5. Then put grilled chicken patty.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on chicken patty.
  7. Add melted cheese slice.
  8. Add tomato slices on the top of cheese.
  9. Roasted bell peppers.
  10. Finally the Burger bun on the top.
  11. Burger is ready.
  12. Serve immediately.
  13. Enjoy.
