Blackberry Blast

Introduction:

Vanish those morning blues with this cinnamon spiced ,dairy free juice.Its bursting with vitamins and minerals, and keep you energized until lunch time. Energy boosting blackberries are good source of vitamin C,and fibers.

Ingredients:

  • Red skinned plums (pitted and cut into pieces)3 large
  • Curly kale 1/2 cup
  • Pear (pitted and cut into pieces) 1
  • Blackberries 3/4 cup
  • Powdered oats 3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon (grounded) a pinch
  • Chilled water 1/3 to 1/4 cup
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Blend kale and water to smooth juice.
  2. Then add plums,pears,blackberries,and oats powder and blend until smooth juice.
  3. Now add cinnamon powder and crushed ice and blend again.
  4. Pour to the glass and serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!!!
