Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • Paneer cubes 250 grams
  • Onion (thin sliced and fried till golden brown and crushed) 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 2 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Shahi paneer masala (everest) 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oil in pan add fried and crushed onion saute for few seconds.
  2. Then add bay leaf, cardamom powder,garam masala powder , saute for few more seconds
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste,  and tomato puree and cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Then add red chili powder ,salt and honey cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
  5. Then add fresh cream and cook for few more seconds.
  6. Finally add paneer cubes cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot by garnishing with more fresh cream if desired.
  8. Eat as main course or as side dish with roti or naan.
