Paneer Kulcha Paratha

Introduction:

Another lunch box idea with delicious  paneer kulcha paratha made with wheat flour with some yogurt and roasted radish ,Carrot and finely chopped spinach .

Ingredients For Dough:

  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Butter (melted) 2 tablespoon
  • Milk  1 cup ( required quantity to need the dough)

Ingredients For Filling:

  • Paneer (Grated) 11/2 cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Fresh spinach (finely chopped) 1 cup

Procedure:

1-Add wheat flour to large plate .

2-Add melted butter.

3-Add milk.

4-Mix well and knead the dough.

5-Dough is ready.

6- Cover the dough with wet cloth and allow it rest for 45 minutes.

 

7- Add grated paneer in large mixing bowl.

8- Add finely chopped onion.

9- Add finely chopped green chilies.

10- Add red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,amchur powder ,black pepper powder and salt to taste.

11-Fresh coriander leaves.

12-Add finely chopped fresh spinach.

13-Mix well and set aside.

 14-Take a small portion of dough make it round shape and dip into flour.

16-Roll the dough with rolling pin and add paneer filling in the center.

17- Join the edges and make it flat.

18-Start rolling the dough very gently and make round paratha.

19-Add paratha on hot tawa and add oil/ghee and cook until golden brown.

20-Cut into desired shape and serve hot with yogurt and enjoy.

Roasted Radish And Carrot:

1-Take thinly sliced carrots and radish in a bowl and add little bit salt pepper (optional) and set aside.

2-Roast on hot pan and garnish with spinach leaves and serve,or if you don’t want to roast just sprinkle salt over the fresh slices of radish and carrot add some finely chopped spinach leaves mix well and serve immediately along with paratha.
